Neumann Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Applies to original purchasers who bought from an authorized Neumann reseller.
Coverage period: 24 months for new, unused products (varies for refurbished items; see local reseller).
Neumann will repair or replace products found defective due to materials or workmanship when used normally and as intended.
Proof of purchase (receipt or warranty certificate) is required.
Replaced products or parts may be new or refurbished; all replaced items become Neumann’s property.
Exclusions
Does not cover
Minor faults not affecting product value or intended use
Accessories and consumable items (batteries, cable clips, foam windscreens, cases)
Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of nature, or incorrect operation
Wear and tear or improper maintenance
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers
“Grey market” or counterfeit products
Consequential or incidental damages (where not prohibited by law)
Consumer Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights and does not limit statutory rights where they cannot be excluded (including under U.S. law, Australian Consumer Law, or other local consumer protections).
Warranty Service
Contact your local Neumann service partner for RMA instructions.
Return the product (with proof of purchase and all accessories) at your shipping cost.
Neumann will repair or replace the product, or refund the depreciated purchase price if replacement is not possible.
Replacement units may be refurbished or contain refurbished parts.
