Orange Warranty Policy
Warranty Period and Coverage
OMEC warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Duration: 1 year from the date of original purchase via the OMEC website.
Eligibility
Applies only to the original purchaser; non-transferable.
Product must be purchased directly from the OMEC website.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service.
This Warranty Covers
Parts & Labor: Repair or replacement of defective parts.
Replacement or Refund: At OMEC’s discretion, a replacement product or refund may be provided.
Warranty on Replacement: Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
Products purchased from other channels or resold items.
Damage after one year from the original purchase date.
Consumables such as batteries or protective coatings.
Cosmetic damage: scratches, dents, broken plastics.
Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or improper use.
Unauthorized modifications or opening/disassembly outside the user manual instructions.
Normal wear and tear or aging.
Stolen products or suspected theft.
Data Storage Products
Users must back up all data before submitting the product for service.
OMEC is not responsible for data loss during repair, replacement, or software updates.
Warranty Service
Service provided through OMEC or authorized service centers (OMEC ASC).
Service options include:
Carry-in: Return to OMEC ASC for service.
Mail-in: OMEC provides prepaid waybills; customer provides packaging.
Service may vary if requested outside the country of purchase; customer is responsible for customs, taxes, and shipping.
Limitation of Liability
OMEC is not liable for:
Losses or damages not caused by defects.
Loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or consequential damages.
Liability does not extend to death, personal injury, fraud, or other non-excludable cases by law.
Privacy
Customer information may be stored and processed by OMEC or OMEC ASC for warranty service.
Data may be transferred internationally for service purposes.
Customers may request rectification or deletion of personal data.
