BeachTek products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects or malfunctions in materials or workmanship.
If a defect is found, BeachTek will repair or replace the unit at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, alteration, misuse, or abuse.
Customers must cover shipping costs to the service center; return shipping is covered by BeachTek.
Customers must contact BeachTek before returning a product.
Repairs or replacements are typically completed within five business days after receipt.
