MOOER Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
MOOER products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Standard warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
Repairs after the warranty period are available for a fee; replaced parts carry 180 days warranty.
Eligibility:
Must provide proof of purchase and retain the product’s serial number.
Warranty valid only for products purchased from authorized dealers or distributors.
Exclusions:
Altered or modified products, or tampered serial numbers.
Damage due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper operation.
Normal wear and tear, including worn frets, machine heads, plating, strings, or finish.
Subjective issues such as tonal characteristics.
Shipping damage or exposure to extreme humidity or temperature.
Finish defects from temperature/humidity changes, sun, chemicals, or non-approved polishes.
Action lower than standard as defined in the owner’s manual.
Unauthorized repairs or service.
How to Claim:
Warranty service must be handled through the authorized dealer or distributor where the product was purchased.
International customers must contact MOOER or their local distributor; international shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return to MOOER requires prior Return Authorization; unauthorized service voids the warranty.
Limitations:
Warranty repair or replacement is at MOOER’s discretion using available materials.
MOOER is not liable for damage caused by unauthorized service or shipping.
