Odyssey Warranty Policy
Odyssey honors brand-new products purchased from Authorized Odyssey Dealers. The warranty does not cover:
Items purchased from unauthorized dealers, websites, or auction sites.
B-stock items or used products.
Actions by employees of unauthorized dealers or websites.
Warranty Periods by Product Type
Carpeted cases: 1 year against manufacturer’s defects
DJ bags: 1 year against manufacturer’s defects
DJ booths: 90 days against manufacturer’s defects
LED facade, Electronics, ColorKey, Flight FX LED components: 90 days against manufacturer’s defects
FZ (Flight Zone) & FR (Flight Ready) cases: 1 year against manufacturer’s defects
FFX cases: 1 year against craftsmanship; electronic components 90 days
KROM cases: 90 days against manufacturer’s defects
L-Stands and metal product accessories: 90 days against manufacturer’s defects
Scrim Werks products: 90 days against manufacturer’s defects
Speakers and lighting stands (LTS, LTP, etc.): 1 year against manufacturer’s defects
Vulcan cases: 1 year against craftsmanship
Note: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and when purchased through an authorized dealer. Dealers may offer separate warranties not covered by Odyssey.
Conditions Not Covered by Warranty
Damage from shipping or warehousing after the product leaves Odyssey
Improper use, placement, or transport, including aggressive handling
Degradation caused by extreme weather conditions
Product modifications or self-repairs (e.g., cracks, scratches, dents, adhesives, screws, paint)
Wear-and-tear parts (foams, moving parts, hardware, carpet, paint, finishes)
Moving Parts: Handles, latches, hinges, wheels, etc., are not covered due to daily wear and tear.
Wood/Facades: Warping of wood or fold-out tables due to heat, moisture, or pressure is not covered
Custom Cases: Only standard components are covered; custom components are excluded.
Bags: One-year warranty applies only to original owners purchasing through authorized USA dealers.
Environmental and Handling Considerations
Humidity: Can cause rust, wood swelling, mold/mildew, adhesive loosening, or panel delamination.
Extreme heat: Can cause adhesive breakdown, wood cracking, warping, lamination bubbles, foam/fabric deformation.
Wheels: Non-caster wheels are for short-distance transport on flat surfaces. Damage from improper handling is not covered.
Warranty Service
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Odyssey for repair.
Odyssey will repair defects in materials or workmanship and ship back via ground freight at no additional cost.
If repair is not possible, a replacement product of similar value may be offered.
Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or damage from abuse, misuse, airline mishandling, or other transit damage is not covered.
Warranty does not cover loss of time, loss of use, or loss of contents inside the product.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized Odyssey/OdyUSA retailers.
Retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify warranty coverage.
Discontinued Products
No warranty applies to discontinued products.
