442, 480, 480R, 481, 482, DriveRack 4800, DriveRack 4820 – 5 years
PS6, used/refurbished (B-stock) – 1 year
Eligibility:
Original purchaser with proof of purchase (dated bill of sale) from an authorized Harman Professional dealer.
Product must be purchased new (unless B-stock warranty applies).
Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
Warranty replacement or repair does not extend the original coverage period.
Exclusions:
Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear-and-tear items (batteries, headphone/ear pads, etc.).
Products used for unintended purposes or outside intended use.
Shipment damage, cosmetic damage, data loss, and accessories.
Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers.
Service Process:
Contact Harman Technical Support or Repair Services for a Return Authorization.
Warranty repairs must be done by an authorized service center.
Customer pays shipping to Harman/service center; Harman covers return shipping if the defect is covered.
